Hand blown crystal tumble up, or a small water carafe with drinking glass, from the early 20th century. The pontil marks on both the glass and the carafe indicate that this is hand blown. Also features design of hand etched boughs.
This etched crystal tumble up is something a perfect host would place by a guest's bedside during and after the era that Baccarat made popular the concept of the haute-bourgeoisie in 19th century France.
We found this in the Netherlands. Dutch, c.1900s-1930s.
The carafe measures 6 3/4 x 4 1/4 inches. The glass measures 2 1/2 x 3 3/8 inches. The combined weight is 8.5 oz.
