Intricately carved cabinet from Mechelen, Belgium with original stained glass doors. This ornate cabinet is from a family in Ghent, Belgium. A typical Flemish style, the lions and leaves are indicative of local tastes and pride. The brass rings in the lions' mouths are rare to find. The colorful stained glass doors are in the shapes of eight-pointed stars. Dimensions are 38 3/4 x 90 x 18 1/4 inches. From Belgium in the late 19th century.
