Wills's Capstan Navy Cut Tobacco Sign. The wording is faded and some rust areas. W.D. and H.O. Wills was the first cigarette company to use advertising marketing: in each pack of cigarettes was a collectible card. Locally, the Mariner's Museum has one such card depicting the Battle of Hampton Roads. This was a sign that would have been given to tobacco vendors. It measures 36 x 24inches and weighs 14 lbs 12 oz. England, c. 1920.
