A monocular spotting scope or telescope on a wooden tripod from the era of The Great War. Painted dark green with brass. Most likely English from around 1914. Dial reads "Dimmer" and "Decrease."
Lenses appear in tact. The back leg has been repaired at the top. Some chipping in the paint, and a slight dent in one side of the brass scope.
The telescope stands 48 inches high and the apparatus is 11 inches wide. The lens is 2 3/4 inches in diameter.
