Raspberry smoothie with strawberries and chocolate
How great it is to drink a glass of raspberry smoothie in early spring and remind yourself of the hot, warm days to come. Today I invite you to combine two bright summer flavors: raspberries and strawberries. The berries can be used both frozen (I’m testing this option today) and fresh. Some grated chocolate to enhance the flavor and plain yogurt for the milk base. Smoothie lovers will once again appreciate the freshness and rich flavor of the resulting drink.

INGREDIENTS
a handful of raspberries
6 large strawberries
80 ml. yogurt
20 g (2 squares) dark chocolate
HOW TO COOK
Sort fresh strawberries and raspberries carefully, dispose of small trash and problem samples. Choose only strong, ripe berries. Wash under running water. If you are using frozen berries, presumably they have already been processed and you just need to rinse them with warm water.
Pour carefully processed raspberries and strawberries in the specified ratio into a blender container. Pour yogurt over everything. Rub the chocolate with fine shavings and add to the bowl with the berries as well.
Run the blender for 60 seconds. Pour the finished raspberry smoothie into glasses. Sprinkle with the rest of the grated chocolate on top. Garnish with the most beautiful berries if desired and serve.
